Haiti SHOULD have Carnaval des Fleurs EVERY YEAR for many reasons...

Yes I believe they should have a kanaval des fleur every year, the major reason, it bring money in the country, people talking about grangou, with all the tourist that's coming in the hotels will be pack, the machan will sale. And the airport will make money of the tourist with that 10$ tax every body happy
